Event Description
While research continues to report the benefits of talent management and leadership development to an organization’s bottom-line, attracting high-worth individuals has historically been the central focus of the majority of organizations looking to remain relevant.
However, recent economic conditions have caused organizations to look at talent management and employee development in a very new way.
These economic realities have magnified the significance of the large numbers of the baby boomer generation expected to leave the workforce, and the resulting leadership gap left in their wake. As the result, companies are demanding more from their current employees as they hope to efficiently prepare them for leadership and advanced roles within the organization.
