CEO Seminar: Leadership Development

Building a highly sophisticated leadership development capability for your organization is the focus of this course. Participants will learn from best-practice examples about the critical design features of well-architected leadership development systems including action learning, coaching, 360 degree feedback, executive education and on-the-job learning. How to effectively deploy and implement these interventions is a central feature of the course.
