Hello,
I am leading the first workforce plan for a small municipality. I am looking for mentors who can help me through from the inception to the culmination point of this project. I have received formal training on workforce planning. I plan to put this knoweldge to use. Any takers?

Hola all, I am new to the OD field, but have found myself doing this on the side for the last 3 years. I have been in HR for over 15 years in the private and public sector. I would like to find a group to learn more about being an OD consultant or volunteer opportunity to master/obtain the skills and experience needed to pursue a future in OD. Any suggestions?

Nicolas-
There are a WHOLE host of areas in OD that one could focus on from organizational design to change initiatives. The first piece is to figure out how and what you feel comfortable being a change agent for and work from there.
