- I am dedicated to the belief -- and actual research evidence -- that people, organizations, communities, and societies are happier and more productive when they collaborate to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. Over the course of my career I have become increasingly convinced that people are intrinsically motivated to work hard and produce quality results. Unfortunately, we also battle internal drives that often put us at odds with coworkers, managers, and those we seek to lead. I founded Collaborative Solutions more than 15 years ago to help organizations uncover and address those 'below the surface' currents that create confusion, frustration, and a lack of progress toward shared goals. I work to help people leverage the best in each other to get things done.
