New Research: Should Companies Outsource HR to be More Strategic, or to Save Money?

Outsourcing some or all HR functions is widespread among businesses,
but the reasons for doing so vary widely when comparing the practices
of higher-performance organizations to their less successful
counterparts.

A new study
from the Institute for Corporate Productivity (i4cp), conducted on

Hi Erik,

After hosting the HR Carnival (yes, that's right, the controversial one, where i got myself into trouble, oh well...) I found your website fascinating. I get a lot of research and press releases from the Chartered Management Institute over here in the UK, and the director occasionally writes a posting for us based on their research. Would love for you to guest write a couple of postings so we can compare trends across the big pond (UK/United States).

Let me know if you'd be interested?

Thanks,
Natalie
