Of all the things I thought I'd never have to do...send a memo to our employees telling them that smearing anal/nasal excretions on the bathroom wall is against company policies. However, I can't really find which specific policy that particular act would go against because, when I wrote the employee handbook, I didn't think I would ever, ever, EVER need to address this.

I mean...really??? Really, TRULY?????
