Hiring is in full Swing

What happens when the job markets suddenly wake up after witnessing a slump? Especially when we body is hiring, I feel that quality of the recruit come down drastically.  So in such an environment what is generally expected from the hiring manager? Simply refine the hiring techniques for filtration or to follow proactive recruitment strategies and hire the best talent.I request the members of the forum to advice some of the working strategies adopted to overcome such a situations.See More
