i wondered if anyone could help??



i am currently carrying out a research project into the structure and delivery of HR functions in large national companies all in the aim of improving service delivery. I am keen to find some info on ratios of hr staff/employee; is there a centralised/decentralised function; what level of direct line responsibility the Hr function has?
